The focus of Mr. Frank Häberer's work is on advising companies in the field of construction and architectural law. Here, the focus is on providing advice - both on the client's side and on the contractor's side - on the drafting of contracts, planning, the handling of construction projects in the context of performance and warranty, supplementary management, the collection of claims or defence against claims, but also the clarification of insurance law issues as well as the solution of problems in connection with securities.
In addition, Mr Häberer has many years of experience in accompanying court proceedings as well as in out-of-court dispute resolution.
Mr Häberer regularly gives lectures on construction law topics for experts, architects, associations and companies and writes articles for specialist journals and books.
